There is no longer a threat of further flooding at Currymoor Reservoir caused by the River Tone two weekends ago. However, standing water may still remain.
The weather outlook for the rest of the week looks largely dry, with no further rainfall expected.
Pumping operations continue at Currymoor with all available pumps. Water levels are gradually receding and are down to around 25% full.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will issue further alerts or warnings if necessary.
Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through any standing water.
