Property flooding is not currently expected. River levels remain high, but stable, on the River Windrush. Flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue, especially in areas close to the river around Bourton on the Water. We expect river levels in this area to remain high over the next few days. The weather forecast is for another dry day today (05/03/2025) and tomorrow. There is a chance of rain on Friday, followed by a settled weekend.
Go to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels. Avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses. This message will be updated on Monday morning, 10/03/25, or as the situation changes.
